Our Services

  • Streamlined onboarding process that includes the following:

    • Extensive property detail documentation

    • Suggestions for improvement

    • 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) your property

    • Create custom property inspection checklist.

    • Craft Inventory Box to have on site

  • We partner with companies that own their own linens, inspect their cleaners regularly, report maintenance issues, and provide extensive documentation of their cleans.

  • We partner with larger maintenance companies. Typically, larger companies have more availability, are quicker to fix any mistakes they made during a repair, and have preventative maintenance programs.

  • Along with notating feedback from reviews and responding to reviews, we use two processes that help us manage the reputation of your property as proactively as possible.

    1. Pre Check In Eval - Days prior to your guest’s arrival, we compile numerous data points related to their reservation and your property. These data points dictate what our action items are so that we are as proactive as possible for each reservation. Read our blog post for a more detailed explanation of this process.

    2. Current Stay Eval - During your guest’s stay, we are committed to ensuring everything is going as smoothly as possible. This process is designed to evaluate your guest’s experience every single day of their stay. Read our blog post for a more detailed explanation of this process.

  • We use dynamic pricing to ensure your property has the proper rate at the proper time. We keep a pulse on occupancy 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days out. We also speak regularly with revenue consultants.
